Terms & Conditions
To begin finalizing your custom production proof, a 50% advance payment will be required. The balance will be collected upon final design approval authorizing all details for your order including quantities, shipping rate, and estimated lead time. Kustom Knits accepts MasterCard and Visa. We ship by UPS or FedEx and will ship to your billing address unless otherwise indicated. Once a job enters production, no cancellations, changes, or refunds are possible.
