What to Expect After You Submit a Design Concept
Once you submit your design concept, you will receive an automated confirmation email and can look forward to hearing from a member of the Kustom Knits design team within 2 business days to start finalizing your pre-production proof. Terms & Conditions
To begin finalizing your custom production proof, a 50% advance payment will be required. Balance will be collected upon final design approval authorizing all details for your order including quantities, shipping rate and estimated lead time. Kustom Knits accepts MasterCard and Visa. We ship by UPS or FEDEX and will ship to your billing address unless otherwise indicated. Once a job enters production, no cancellations, changes or refunds are possible.
